WiSPY spectrum analyzer

I've implemented controls for the 
<a href="http://www.metageek.net">WiSPY spectrum analyzer from MetaGeek</a> as
a userspace libUSB controller.  This ought to work on linux, OSX, and *BSD, 
but I've only tested on Linux so far.

Theres also a simple curses based grapher.

Integration with Kismet-newcore will come at some point in the reasonable 
future, as will a pygtk grapher.
