Wispy hacks

Still haven't done the major rewrite of the wispy tools code that I've been
meaning to, but added a hack to the wispy_gtk code to include a local
definition of the usb device detach ioctl.

This ATTEMPTS to work around what I consider to be broken distributions like
fedora, which use "modern" kernels but then old headers (it would appear), so
anything which expects ioctls to be defined won't work.

I hate writing any code that has to interface with a non-vanilla kernel.  The number
of ways distributions seem to find to totally break things is astonishing.
