Running the kismet launcher script ("kismet" instead of kismet_server or kismet_client)
now understands --help and shows the server options (convenient).

Additionally, kismet_client now receives the CLI options passed to the kismet launcher,
interprets title and logging controls and sets up the "Start Kismet Server" window
appropriately, and puts the other options into the server options field, meaning
users accustomed to running "kismet -c wlan1 -t Foo" will now get all the expected
behavior again in newcore.
