Large series of bugfixes in newcore on the ramp-up for Kismet-Newcore-Test1
now that I'm finally over con-plauges, including:

Fixed reconnect to gps
Added reconnect to serial gps
Fixed channel splitting over sources
Fixed probe responses making bogus WEP network on WPA SSIDs
Added nl80211 channel control
Fixed nl80211 vap creation on downed master
Fixed channel hopping rate calculations
Fix RSSI/DBM calculations w/ multisource
Refactored client code to be simpler for window positioning, alerts, netclient handling
Fixed startup exits on misdefined sources
Fixed prompts in client
Fixed vap finding on mw-ng
Added autodetect on mw-ng
Fixed starting mw-ng with athX instead of wifiX
