2007-01-R1a is now out, because I didn't notice that a last-minute patch
for openwrt didn't include #ifdefs around a linux-only source, which made
it blow up on all non-linux platforms.

I also didn't notice the tag for the version at connect-time was still
out of date in makefile.

Or that a fix to iwcontrol.h didn't make it in.

if 2007-01-R1 worked for you, no reason to go to R1a, other than the version
flag if it really bothers you.
