IPW2200/Centrino b/g support

New IPW2200 drivers and firmware (1.0.4 and 2.3 respectively) now support monitor
mode, and seem to do a pretty nice job of it.

Kismet-devel provides the ipw2200 capture source, with support for coming out of
monitor mode cleanly too.

If you install over a stable install without replacing your config file, make sure
you add ipw2200 to the list of fuzzycrypt capture types in kismet.conf

Currently, ipw2200 doesn't support per-packet signal info.  Once this is added
in the future, Kismet will obviously support it.
