Fixed binaries for Arm and WRT54, bus errors

Apparently my new crossbuild environment didn't like the kernel headers and
I didn't notice it.  The new config script in -stable-devel accepts a 
--with-linuxheaders parm now for using alternate kernel header sources, and the
binaries are updated w/ linux wireless and pcap support.

Bus errors are caused by enforced alignment on the ARM cpu.  I don't know if its
a bug in my code or if its a bug in the toolchain.  For the particurally
intrepid, unstripped arm-debug binaries are 
<a href="http://www.kismetwireless.net/code/kismet-2005-01-R1-arm-debug.tar.bz2">here</a>, and the sig is <a href="http://www.kismetwireless.net/code/kismet-2005-01-R1-arm-debug.tar.bz2.asc">here</a>.  If you can reproduce conditions which cause the bug errors, run it under GDB and tell me where it dies.

For everyone else, turn off alignment enforcement via:

echo 0 > /proc/cpu/alignment

if you have bus errors.
