Missing headers and GCC2.95

So a slightly old header file crept into the 2004-10-R1 release.  Those 
building on non-linux systems (*BSD, OSX, cygwin) will likely see missing
headers in endian_magic.h for endian.h and byteswap.h.  You can fix this by
either editing that file and deleting those two includes, or by grabbing the 
SVN developer code where its fixed.  Those files aren't needed, they're a legacy
bit from a while ago.

The second issue is with compiling under gcc2.95.  You can fix this by adding
"friend class iterator;" to macaddr.h just before the "class iterator", or, again,
grab the SVN devel code which has this fixed.
