Major sync of code, new devel branch

Synced a major chunk of code today into a new kismet devel branch.  Point your 
SVN clients at <a href="http://svn.kismetwireless.net/code/branch/kismet-newcore/">http://svn.kismetwireless.net/code/branch/kismet-newcore/</a>
to pull it.  Currently it's not entirely stable, and when it's ready for general 
consumption it will be merged into the kismet-devel stream.
