Lots more devel stuff

Devel code has a lot of other new stuff in it since the major release a few days ago, 
including updates to gpsmap, madwifi support, prism54/prismgt chipset support, 
linksys wap wrt54g support, rewritten and more stable drones, OpenBSD support (thanks 
to Pedro), better gpsmap filtering of junk packets, better gpsmap power interpolation,
better hostap support, more intelligent error reporting, and catching of the server
not starting when running inside the kismet script.

Phew!  That's a lot of changes to try out.

More changes in the pipe for the autoconf scripts, and testing/fixing on OSX.
