Gzipped file output and MadWifi card types

Two user-submitted patches:

<a href="/diffs/gzip-file-output-1.diff">libz support</a> for kismet_server to 
autocompress output files, submitted by tz.

<a href="/diffs/kismet-madwifi.diff">card type support</a> for MadWifi for those
who don't want to use the vtar5k hack, submitted by Mike Ossmann.

The functionality of these will make it into Kismet at some point in the 
reasonable future but the packet source and file output code is getting 
rewritten to be modular so until then, heres the diffs.
