Removed some compile-time warnings

Don't print error when getting hw channel on mac80211 device during startup

Rephrased some startup text for mac80211 vaps

Added ability to disable netracker core now that phy-neutral is coming online,

 currently not a good plan if you want a working UI

Started fleshing out devicetracker tag handlers
