Tweak GPS display to show feet/meters per second, not hour, when moving slowly

Enable restoring interface modes on shutdown

Enable setting rfmon via nl80211 when available in non-vap mode

Add 'forcevap' source argument

Create a vap by default when possible on mac80211 and do monitor there

Restore non-vap modes on shutdown (wireless mode), currently ignore VAPs,

 ignore ifconfig state (left in 'down'), ignore ancient devices which use

 iwmode

Don't trickle down into iwpriv mode set when we're otherwise successful on wext/nl80211
