Collapse string tokenizers into smaller amounts of code

Fix bug in network string tokenizer that would sometimes show up if two fields

 were adjacent with specialty tags

Add nettracker shutdown to shutdown process

Add ability to remember arbtags (~/.kismet/tag.conf)

Add "remember tag" to kismet ui

Renamed 'add note' menu items

Removed unused code in kismet_server
