Not that I know of, because you don't know the time at the transmitting device.
If somehow you're able to derive a shared clock between the two devices, then you could in theory calculate time of flight, but it would have to be very precise.
I suspect the unknown time delays in the firmware/mac/driver/skb chain would screw you over in the end w/ too much jitter, even if you had the shared clock, but it would be worth trying.
